How Do I Report Payroll To HiTech Payroll?
Smaller companies can report payroll to us via: phone, fax, or email. For larger companies we prefer the HiTech Online or Remote PC file transfer method. Both are easy, quick, and hassle-free.

How Are My Employees Paid?
Your employees can be paid by either a live check or through direct deposit via the Automated Clearing House (ACH). Employees also have the ability to have portions of their pay deposited to different accounts and/or different banks via direct deposit. The ACH system is secure and beneficial to all employees who elect to use it.

How Do I Get My Reports?
Those companies who transmit their data by phone or fax, will get their reports delivered with their checks. For those who use our Online System will get their reports online and can view them at any time. The reports can also be viewed on screen or printed and saved to file.

What Is The Turnaround Time From Input To Delivery?
We prefer to receive your payroll input data each pay period by noon, at least one day prior to your pay date. We will deliver your required checks, vouchers and reports by noon the following day. For your employees Direct Deposits to be guaranteed on check date, NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) requires a minimum of two days prior to check date for processing through the federal banking system.
