Biometric Hand Reader



Employees punch by swiping a badge or keying a number, and then placing their hand on the device to verify they are who they say they are. Thus, buddy punching is eliminated. Employees can also transfer themselves to a different department without punching in again.

Web Clock

Web / PC Clocks:

Web Clock is our enhanced version of a web-based time & attendance system. It allows your employees to punch in and out from their own computers.  It is set up to accept punches from a computer’s specific I.P. address, so no punching in from home. 
Employees can also view their time cards & request time off.  You can even designate a part of your staff to use web clock and the rest should use the time clock.  Our software allows you to designate a time collection method for each employee.

Service & Support:
HiTech Payroll will arrange for your intallation of your time clocks at your location.  We will also arrange for a contract with a service firm that will service your clock in time of need.  They will replace broken parts, and even loan you a clock during repair.
Additionally, we provide full training and support of your software.  We can help you set up your employee’s schedule, and train your staff on how to use the system.  For more advanced systems we will arrange for on-site training as needed.

Worker Compensation:

Are your Workers Comp. payments depleting your Business Cash Flow?  HiTech Payroll has a solution that will eliminate this problem for you.  By applying for a Pay-As-You-Go Workers Comp Policy, the Insurance Provider will give you a rate per employee, based on your payroll.  So with each Pay Run, HiTech Payroll will submit a small amount for your Workers Comp Coverage, and in exchange, the provider will waive the 25% Down Payment!

  • No Year-End Audit Adjustments.
  • No Late Payment Fees.
  • Based on the actual payroll run.

How Does It Work?
If you have an existing Worker’s Comp policy in place, and you would like to keep it, then we can help apply for a Change of Broker, with your existing carrier.  This will allow us to administer your Worker’s Comp. payments per your payroll schedule, and you get to keep your existing policy in place.
Or we can help you replace your existing policy by perhaps getting you a better rate, and a Pay-As-You-Go Plan.  All you need to do is give us some basic information, and we will do all the paperwork for you.  Once you approve the rate, we will administer the plan based on your payroll schedule.  You will also get Workers Comp Reports along with your basic payroll reports.

Employee Benefits Calculations & Payments:
With every pay run, HiTech Payroll will calculate your employee benefits, and deduct the appropriate amounts from your employee’s paychecks.  If there is an Employer Match Contribution, then we will cut a combined check for you to submit to you Insurance Provider.  We keep track of all your calculations, and payments, and will give you Employee Benefit Reports as needed.

Remote PC Payroll Input:

HiTech Remote PC Software – for those clients that want more control over their payroll data.  We will install our Payroll Software directly onto their PC which will allow them to do the following:

    • Manage multiple companies at once.
    • Set up new employees.
    • Manage Direct Deposit and Pay information.
    • Change employee data.
    • View Payroll Prior to Processing.
    • Print checks at your location.
    • View & Print more than 80 Reports.

Expense Reporting:

If your business pays your employees expense reimbursements for:

  • Travel Expense, including gas and tolls.
  • Lunches or Hosting Expenses.
  • Hotel Accommodations.
  • Equipment & Supplies.
  • Cell Phones.
  • Parking Exenses.
  • Company Vehicles.
  • And More.

Then HiTech Payroll can process these expense checks for you.  You can choose to have it combined with the Paycheck or have us issue a separate Expense Check.  This service will make life a lot easier for your HR Staff.

Inquire about our HR Software that allows your employees to report their expenses online – by using their employee self service.  The manager can receive the expenses and approve or decline it accordingly.
